Some of our customers asked if they could create a buying group which made an offering to the Benedictines of Mary who have recently arrived at Colwich Abbey to restore the 18th Century monastery and we were delighted to get involved!
The produce on this page is linked to the buying group, we match 10% of the produce to donate to the Sisters. When we reach 10kg we send the Sisters at Colwich Abbey a box of grassfed, organic and regeneratively farmed beef and lamb.

21-Day Hung Beef, Frozen at Its Freshest
We hang all our beef for at least 21 days and take orders in advance so it’s butchered, frozen at peak freshness, and delivered straight to you. It’s a slower, more traditional way of buying – but our customers say it’s well worth the wait!

What’s in the Box?
The beef box will be a mixture of cuts including roasting joints, steak, diced beef and mince. A 10kg box will require approximately two freezer drawers in an upright freezer.
The half lamb box is lamb chops, shoulder, leg, mince and diced lamb and again approximately two freezer draws are required.

Our produce
We like to batch orders and share courier delivery where possible.
We try to work on a 6 week lead time with beef, from selling the cow, hanging and buchering allowing for a well hung piece of beef.
Place your order below today, you will receive a confirmation email and then a further email to confirm when packed and ready to send to you confirming the exact date and time.
